There are some people who say that they have never dieted, exercised, or used diet pills in their life. In some ways, I believe them. But then in other ways I really don’t believe them. I mean unless they’re just in junior high or high school, I have never known anyone who didn’t have weight problems due to bad habits in college or otherwise. I have never known anyone who realistically speaking did not actually ever feel something could change about their body whether it was just toning or actual weight loss. This being said, some get the luck of the lottery. They end up with a body that doesn’t get fat when they don’t work out. They seem to always want to change it anyway whether to gain more weight or gain more muscle, and it can be done with the right work. And frankly, there are even diet pills that are focused more on weight gain in muscle than anything else. So it seems quiet contradictory, but it works out in various ways. So it’s just a matter of choosing. Some people do it without diet pills. But I don’t believe anybody has ever gone without dieting and otherwise.
