There are so many drinks that don’t do your body any good. They actually cause greater problems, because they are laden with sugar, and despite what you may think or what they may advertise, they’re not helpful at all. For example, vitamin water, though not particularly harmful, has been censored a bit because really they don’t have that many vitamins and the advertising is misleading. But I didn’t really expect better. But here are a few other examples.
- Energy drinks-yes you like to drink them because of the caffeine. But they also have a lot of sugar and quite a few calories. Even the sugar free one have artificial sweeteners that really make sabotaging your diet worse. So the sugar free ones are worse, and you really shouldn’t have either type.
- Black coffee-black coffee is really good. It is a source of caffeine, and it’s basically calorie free while having tons of antioxidants.
- Starbucks and other fancier coffees-these often have tons of milk, sugars, cream, and other calories added to the basic black coffee. So it’s a real spoiler of any diet.
- Green tea-this is one of the best known helpers in terms of drinks. It is potent in antioxidants and a certain fat burning power.
- Wine coolers-they’re basically like koolade with a little bit of wine. But as far as calories go they are not to be ignored. For a small bit, it has 190 calories and 22g carbs. So it’s definitely a fattening one that isn’t good for your diet
