There is no way to lose weight or at least not the weight you want to lose without exercise. It’s a simple fact. While some people are lucky enough to have ridiculously high metabolisms that allow them to sit around and eat whatever they want without gaining weight of any kind, it doesn’t happen to most of us. It’s just the way it is. And if you pretend that you can just exercise or just eat healthy and lose the right weight and get the right kind of body that you want, you are only fooling yourself.
This I say in part because I see way too many girls showing off things that they really don’t want to be showing off in all reality. Yes, they are skinny in some cases. Some of them aren’t even skinny. But these skinny girls that I’m specifically talking about have a gut, they have extra fat rolls in random places, they are obviously not toned. There is a difference between skinny and toned, toned requires a higher level of activity among other things. And of course, you don’t have to go to the gym 8 hours per day or anything. Mild lifting could tone up arms, or even if you just walk 30 minutes a day or so, it could provide greater tone and definition to help you to achieve something you could show off without embarrassment.
