Celiac’s disease is a complicated disorder that essentially speaking results in you not being able to properly process carbs in general or gluten. It is an extremely rare condition, and it can affect you at any age or time in your life. It has often been misdiagnosed, and with the fact that most doctors use bread in the brat diet for children, obviously that can easily cause symptoms to get far worse.
