It’s not uncommon for people to suddenly stop losing weight when they have only actually lost part of the weight they wanted to. They continue to use the same exercise and diet methods that got them this far, but it’s just not working the right way anymore, or at least so it seems. Frankly, you should be eating anywhere between 1200 and 2000 calories per day. How many you eat at this time would depend largely on how much you are exercising. Athletes actually need to eat more for obvious reasons. But frankly, chances are you have been using the same old monotonous diet for a while. So if you are already there, while avoiding it by mixing everything up along the way is better, you can still overcome it. It’s a natural habit of your body’s. But start first by adding more calories into your daily diet. You will gain a little bit at first. But it will get your metabolism back in working order. Then start mixing up your workouts. Do different types of exercises and do some weights instead of just cardio or otherwise. Then, always remember to not eat the same amount of calories. Switch it up every 3 days. For 2 days follow a lower calorie diet, and then on the third day eat more calories. This will keep your body guessing and keep you losing weight.
